Russel Bergman
Russel is a EFA pilot who works alongside Katina. His skills as a pilot are not remarkable, but he still manages to be more than just a grunt. He is docile in nature, never getting frenzied during combat or other situations.
He has been working as Katina’s wingman for sometime and the two have become very close. He is usually always seen as a sidekick to Katina, but she does take some advice from him when he has it. There is the possibility the two have a relationship but they never make anything of it. Hinting this is when Russel struck Katina for being out of line, he did not "pay" for it, where as if another person did that to her, they’d be subjected to her "punishments".
Russel pilots the Mesa Fighter and later the Gespenst MK-II (however, you are able to assign him to other units). Russel has appeared in Original Generation 1 and 2 and Original Generations for the PS2.
