State Ballo Kaiedia
FEMC #16, State Ballo Kaiedia is a member of the royal family of Irak on Kallamity. State Ballo Kaiedia is both a diplomat representing the Divers Para-Guild and a ninja. His skills as a warrior are unquestioned, though he doesn’t prove to be the match of the likes of Decors Weismel.
During State Ballo’s career he pilots a Horned Mirage, LED Mirage and a Terror Mirage. His fatima is Ballanche masterpiece no. 34; Kalle.
